Cancellations

All sales are final. Connecticut Limousine’s eTickets are non-refundable once purchased. In the event the eTicket is not utilized for any reason, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact a Reservation Agent at Connecticut Limousine at (203) 974-4700 option 1 to arrange for a credit in our system, no later than forty-eight (48) hours after original travel date. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of a credit in our system. All changes are subject to availability. Connecticut Limousine, LLC is not responsible for any consequential damages that the customer may sustain as a result of Connecticut Limousine, LLC's failure to perform any of the transportation services promised. If Connecticut Limousine, LLC fails to adequately perform the services promised, the customer's damages are limited to the unused value of the ticket that the customer purchased from Connecticut Limousine, LLC.


Service Policy

It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify the availability of these services. The purchaser can obtain schedule information by calling (203) 974-4700 option 1. Connecticut Limousine, LLC reserves the right to modify our schedule at any time. Every effort is made to remain on schedule. However, circumstances sometimes develop beyond Connecticut Limousine, LLC's control, such as weather and/or travel delays. Connecticut Limousine, LLC is not responsible for late arrivals, schedule changes, inconvenience or damage from delayed service to any point or destination. We strongly recommend contacting your airline during peak travel periods or extreme weather conditions to verify your Airlines departure time. Connecting service to your destination may be necessary. To obtain service from Bradley, JFK, LGA, or Newark Airports all passengers must first obtain their luggage and proceed to the Ground Transportation Counter (in the baggage claim area). Ground Transportation Agents can be identified by their red jackets and are normally located behind the counter. If no one is at the counter, please use the designated courtesy phone to check in. At Bradley Airport use the black courtesy phone. If you have a prepaid eTicket, please have your eTicket number ready for the Ground Transportation Representative or Connecticut Limo Dispatcher. You will then be checked in and scheduled for a seat on the next available vehicle. As a reminder if for any reason you miss your original departure time you will be placed on the next available vehicle to your destination. If you do not have a prepaid eTicket, payment may also be made at the time of travel with cash or any major credit card. Checks are not accepted as form of payment. Drivers can only sell regular one-way fares. Please keep in mind that all trip times are approximate. Seating aboard vehicles operated in interstate or foreign commerce is without regard to race, color, creed or national origin. Shared ride service is provided on 4-49 passenger vehicles. Reservations are strongly recommended. An adult must accompany children under 16 years of age.


Luggage Policy

Connecticut Limousine, LLC allows two (2) pieces of checked baggage and one (1) carry-on piece for each passenger without incurring an additional charge. The maximum weight is sixty (60) pounds each and the maximum size is sixty-two (62) inches (length plus width plus height) for each checked bag. The maximum size for a carry-on is forty-five (45) inches (length plus width plus height). Children up to the age of ten (10) are allowed to take one (1) checked bag and one (1) carry-on with the same restrictions as above. Baggage in excess of sixty (60) pounds will not be accepted for transportation unless the passenger can provide additional help in the loading and unloading of the baggage with the driver. Please contact our reservations department if you are transporting unusual objects including but not limited to large boxes, bicycles, surfboards, golf bags, skis or any other items which do not fit into standard luggage. These items MAY be accepted for an additional fee. When departing the airports, these unusual objects may be subject to availability only. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to passengers who have not advised our reservation department of any unusual objects as referenced above prior to their reservation. Additional charges of $15.00 per bag may apply for extra luggage. Customers must carry on high value items including but not limited to jewelry, laptop computers, and cameras. Customer hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Connecticut Limousine, LLC, its agents, employees and representatives from and for any and all claims relating to lost/damaged luggage and/or personal property.


Pets or Animals

Connecticut Limousine, LLC. does not allow any pets or animals, with the exception of certified service animals.


Instructions and Shuttle Times from Airports

BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL

When you arrive at Bradley Airport, please pick-up your luggage and contact our Dispatch office at (203) 974-4700 option 8. Please have your eTicket reservation number ready or advise us of method of payment. Dispatchers will place you on the next shuttle available that is traveling to your destination.

Shuttles from Bradley International run between 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, but are subject to change without notice.

JOHN F. KENNEDY, LAGUARDIA or NEWARK

After arriving at JFK, LGA or EWR Airports, to access our service, passengers must first obtain their luggage and proceed to the Ground Transportation Counter (in the baggage claim area). Ground Transportation Agents can be identified by their red jackets and are normally located behind the counter. Provide them your reservation number or payment option.

If no one is at the counter, please use the designated courtesy phone next to the counter to check in with us. Once you are checked-in, you will be scheduled on the next available vehicle. Please have your eTicket reservation number or credit card available for the driver when picked-up.

All trip times off the airports are based on availability. There are no set times off the airport and travel is scheduled first come, first serve.

  • Shuttles from JFK run between 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily.
  • Shuttles from LGA run between 7:45 AM to 12:30 AM daily.
  • Shuttle from EWR leaves at 4:00 PM on scheduled days only (Please call to confirm Newark shuttle when booking.)

Companion Fares: Save 50%*

Purchase one ticket at the full fare to and from the airport, and up to a maximum of three other adults traveling with you will pay only 50% each of the full fare. The entire party must travel to and from the airport together for discount.

Children ages up to 10 years of age travel for a flat fee of $25.00.

*Companion Fare pricing cannot be combined with other discounted fares, including senior and student discounts.
